Digital Goods
Due to the nature of Digital Goods, they are not applicable for refunds.
Shipping
All parcels are shipped out via Untracked Mail unless specified.
You can Upgrade to Tracked Mailing in your checkout page. This helps to ensure you get a full refund or resend of your order if it ever gets lost!
Orders above $50 will get Free upgrade to Tracked Mailing.
Processing Time
As everything is currently handmade on demand in-house, please allow me around 7-9 days to make and package your items.
Shipping Time
Shipping for International orders outside of Singapore are estimated to take around 2-4 weeks. (Shipping times can vary greatly and is sadly something I cannot control.) Local Orders in Singapore take around 1-2 weeks max.
If an item takes more than 8 weeks to get to you

Customs and Import Taxes (VAT/GST)
Might apply to International orders outside of Singapore. I will not be responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.
Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if products are damaged or lost in transit, do contact me! I'll be happy to work something out.
Damaged or Lost Mail does not include:
- Lost due to Untracked Mailing
- Lost delivery due to inaccurate address provided
Cancellations
I do not accept cancellation of orders, thank you for your understanding!
